Lafarge Africa is a publicly quoted company on the Premium Board of the Nigerian Exchange Limited and serves Nigeria with a wide range of building and construction solutions.

With plants in Ewekoro and Sagamu in the South-West, Mfamosing in the South and Ashaka in the North-East of Nigeria, Lafarge Africa Plc currently has an installed cement production capacity of 10.5MTPA and has plans to grow in the near term.

The Ask

Lafarge planned to host its annual End of Year Party for an expected audience of 600 guests, representing a culturally diverse workforce of Nigerian and Chinese staff. The client required a complete end-to-end event solution that delivers a unified experience across all major touchpoints, arrival, accreditation, brand engagement, guest flow, entertainment, dining, and overall ambience.

The brief called for a fully immersive Las Vegas-themed celebration at the Landmark Centre, emphasizing strong creative direction and flawless execution across indoor and outdoor zones. The goal was to create a cohesive, premium experience that showcases creativity and organization while meeting all technical, logistical, and guest experience needs.
