Client Overview

The Office of the Lagos State APC Women Leader is the strategic arm of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos State responsible for mobilizing, empowering, and advocating for the female electorate. Led by the Lagos State APC Women Leader, Hon. Jumoke Okoya-Thomas, the office functions as a bridge between the party’s leadership and women across the state’s 57 Local Government Areas (LGAs).

The Ask

The APC Lagos State leadership sought a professionally managed and fully structured summit to inspire 1,500–1,800 young women, political figures, and female leaders. The core requirement was a comprehensive operational plan reflecting the summit’s “Aspired” theme, with a strong focus on engaging youth, efficient crowd control, and a polished program delivery.

Our company was responsible for end-to-end planning; from concept to execution, to ensure the summit met all political, social, and organizational expectations regarding quality and safety. This included securing a suitable venue, coordinating all production logistics, managing branding and communication touchpoints, and creating a high-energy atmosphere that aligned with the vision of empowering Lagos women aged 17 to 35.

Our Solution

To meet these needs, the company delivered a comprehensive project management solution that covered every stage of the summit’s preparation and execution. The team secured the Victoria Garden Event Centre and developed a unified operational framework that blended youth-focused engagement with leadership representation. All logistics including production setup, guest flow coordination, stage management, content development, and branding were managed with precision.

A streamlined communication system was implemented to align all stakeholders, while technical, creative, and administrative teams ensured that the summit reflected excellence at every touchpoint.

Through rigorous planning, efficient execution, and high-impact event design, the company successfully positioned the APC Lagos State Aspired Women’s Summit as an inspirational platform for emerging female leaders, delivering a memorable and well-orchestrated experience.
